Using investigative techniques to locate hard-to-find borrowers,

who may have defaulted,

or absconded from their obligations.

Offering training to lending institutions on best practices for managing credit, assessing borrower profiles, and maintaining repayment compliance.

Facilitating neutral negotiations between lenders and borrowers to find agreeable solutions before resorting to legal actions.

Coordinating with repossession agents for the lawful recovery of secured assets, like vehicles or equipment, in cases of loan default where collateral has been pledged.

Delivering legal documents to borrowers involved in debt-related cases, ensuring they are officially notified of legal proceedings, in compliance with Kenyan law.
